I am a fully qualified and insured Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga teacher. I am passionate about supporting you at such a special time as you prepare to welcome your baby into the world, and I am here for you once your baby arrives too. I am based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes.

I am a strong believer that mums deserve just as much care as their new baby. Mums do an amazing and, at times, very challenging job. I look forward to supporting you and your baby. Please drop me a message to find out more about any of my services.

What I offer

Pregnancy Yoga

Start your journey with me from as early as your 14th week of pregnancy by coming to a pregnancy yoga class where I will teach you techniques to relax and connect with your baby, and help prepare you for your baby’s birth. 

Postnatal Yoga

When you have a new baby to look after, it is more important than ever to keep some regular time in for yourself to rest and recharge.

Suitable from 6-weeks postpartum. In these gentle yoga classes, we will gradually rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength, stretch out back pain and other areas of tension associated with feeding and holding your baby, learn breathing techniques to help cope with stress and of course, take plenty of time to relax!

Baby Massage

Once your baby arrives, I am still here for you! 

 

I can’t wait to hear all about your baby’s arrival and look forward to meeting them at one of my baby massage classes. Classes suitable from 8 weeks to pre-crawling. 

Baby Yoga

 

As baby gets a little older and more alert (around 4/ 5 months) I offer baby yoga classes that are a great way to have fun, move and bond with your baby, whilst taking some time for yourself to practice some gentle postnatal yoga to help safely rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength.
